A fresh, citrusy variation that doesn't over complicate things. A no-thrills London Dry works best to allow the mint to pop, the addition of which bring sweetness to a drink that is already elegant and well-balanced.

60ml – Gin

30ml – Lime Juice

15ml – Simple Syrup

5 Mint Leaves

Muddle the syrup and the mint in a tin. Add all the other ingredients and shake.

Serve in a coupe.

Garnish with a single mint leaf floating in the centre.
