One of the oldest, most iconic cocktails about today.
Originally, The Cocktail was a mixture of spirit, sugar, bitters and water. By the 1860, every bartender worth their salt had modified their own version using different bitters, spirits and fruit. This led to the Old-Fashioned because people didn’t want the fancy flavours the new young folk were putting in it – they wanted one “the old-fashioned way”.
60ml - Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
5ml - Simple Syrup
2 dashes - Angostura Bitters
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir with plenty of ice for 20 seconds.
Serve in a rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
